Full Time, Days You Will Be Responsible For:
Reviews maintenance requests and preventive maintenance schedules relative to areas of responsibility.
Makes periodic inspections, regarding the general condition of the facility, grounds, and the general progress of work being accomplished.
Assist in maintaining corrective, emergency and routine maintenance of buildings, equipment and offsite facilities associated with the facility.
Performs corrective, emergency, and maintenance actions of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, power generation, plumbing, medical gas systems, building structures, and grounds as required.
Responsible for inspection, calibrating, adjusting, lubricating and repairing or replacing components as necessary.
QualificationsWhat You Will Need:
High School or GED Job
Summary:
Maintains work orders, Preventative Maintenance programs, plant and campus operations, off site properties and various utility systems.
Repairs and maintains structures, machinery, mechanical equipment, plumbing, electrical, painting, general carpentry, and basic HVAC.
Full time engineering technicians will be required to participate in call coverage.
Performs other duties as assigned.
